A very old manga idea I had after I decided not to do my Dark Blade manga. It was going to be called "Ash Fury" and this was one of my early drawings of a scene I'd planned for the comic. As you can probably tell, this is one of my not-so-great drawings in terms of drawing style, the faces are too long and the clothing is all wrong, but I tried to make it very Japanese-y... and look! A background!
Elly Parker is an intelligent, if not a little hyperactive, Japanese school girl and Ash Mareo is a cyborg from the distant post-apocalyptic future.
Sorry. I couldn't scan this due to not actually HAVING a scanner, so instead I had to take a photo of it with my camera. Yeah.
